Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden,
ab 1.4. suchen wir (Christina und Lisa - beide Studentinnen) Nachwuchs für unsere Wg. Männlich/weiblich, groß/ klein, jung/mittel/alt - völlig egal: Hauptsache du hast Lust auf unkompliziertes, aber gemütliches Wg-Leben. Wir trinken gerne mal ein Weinchen zusammen, kochen ab und zu.. - so wie es eben passt.
Dein Zimmer hätte 15 qm, mit 3 großen Fenstern und hat schönes Echtholzparkett.
Es kostet 306 Euro, in denen aber auch schon wirklich ALLES drin ist.
Lage: Damenviertel. Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig- nur 5 Geh-Minuten bis zur Thulb, 10 zur Uni, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahn ganz in der Nähe.
Unsere Wg ist schön geräumig und hell, wir haben eine große Wohnküche (mit Geschirrspüler), einen Riesenflur und ein großes Bad mit Fenster (Badewanne und Dusche in einem).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, Balkon ist auch vorhanden, und wenn man wirklich mal Lust auf rausgehen hat, haben wir auch Zugang zum Garten.
