ich bin aufgrund von feldarbeit im ausland 2 monate nicht da und würde mein zimmer für diese zeit zur verfügung stellen (ca 31.5. bis 8.8.). das zimmer ist gemütlich und ruhig, da es zum hof raus geht.
ich verlange 200€ pro monat womit ich sogar unter meiner normalen miete liege. aber es braucht niemand meine heizkosten für den winter mitbezahlen
hier im west-viertel ist natürlich einiges los in sachen studentenleben. der bus ist ca 5 min entfernt und ein (recht guter) bäcker ist in unmitelbarer umgebung. so auch edeka und netto. man braucht ca 5-10 min zum westbahnhof und in die stadt vielleicht 15min
wir sind eine lustige 3er wg, wobei deine mitbewohner matthias und lukas gern kochen und auch sonst das klischee eines studenten gut erfüllen
alles gelassen und freundlich.

die kastanie (bar) ist gleich um die ecke und manchmal besucht uns ein hund für nen tag oder 2 --> supercooler hund
