wir suchen eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für ein 19qm großes, ruhiges Zimmer in einer 3er WG.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf den Nachbargarten und mit seiner 3,25m hohen Decke ist es angenehm hoch. Das Fenster ist gut isoliert und das Zimmer schnell beheizbar.
An der Küche ist ein geräumiger Balkon angeschlossen und ein schöner Garten kann mitbenutzt werden.
Im Bad haben wir eine Waschmaschine und Wäscheleinen gibt es im Garten und auf dem großen Dachboden. Fahrräder können an der Straße, im Hof und im Keller abgestellt werden.
Lage
Zu Fuß sind es zehn Minuten zum Campus und Stadtzentrum, mit dem Fahrrad nur fünf Minuten.
Für Spaziergänge und zum Joggen führt in drei Minuten Entfernung eine grüne Strecke an einem Bach entlang und in die Berge.

we look for a flatmate for a nice big room. You live in a calm surrounding close to the center. Just around the corner you are in a park at the riverside and you can go in the nature on top of the hills.
You can also enjoy our balcony and garden.
For practical use there is nothing missing in our flatshare: there is a washing mashine, DSL and WLAN, telephone flatrate...
