Hi,
mein günstiges 12qm Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim wird frei. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, so dass du dir das Zimmer nach eigenem Geschmack einrichten kannst. In der Miete (143€+10€ Internetkosten) sind bereits alle weiteren Nebenkosten enthalten. Bei Interesse könnte das Zimmer schon im Juni bezogen werden.
Das Wohnheim ist zentrumsnah am Landgrafen gelegen. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Dort sind auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Tegut) zu finden. Zum Joggen oder für entspannte Spaziergänge lädt der benachbarte Landgraf ein, von dem man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Stadt genießen kann.
Da in der WG noch weitere 2 Zimmer zu vergeben sind und ich selber erst sehr kurz hier wohne, kann ich dazu nicht viel sagen.
