Ich möchte eine WG gründen und bin auf der Suche nach 2 Mitbewohnern!
Die Wohnung im Fachwerkstil ist insg 100qm groß und in der 3. Etage. Die Küche ist geräumig, das Bad ist sowohl mit Badewanne als auch Dusche ausgestattet.
Es sind 2 schöne Zimmer frei, die bezogen werden wollen:
- ~15,2qm: ~260€ KM + 70€ NK
- ~17,5qm: ~280€ KM + 70€ NK
Die Kaution beträgt 2x KM.
Die Wohnung ist fast direkt am Markt (Seitengasse)- zentraler gehts nicht:
zu Fuß kannst du Bus/ Bahn, Supermärkte, Campus/ Mensa, Bibliothekshauptgebäude, Universitätshauptgebäude in 1-5 min erreichen.
Hierzu ist noch nicht viel zu sagen- eine reine Zweck- WG soll es nicht werden.
Ob du nun berufstätig bist, in Ausbildung bist oder studierst: Hauptsache die Chemie stimmt und du lässt dich gerne mal für gemeinsame Aktivitäten begeistern.
Ich lege außerdem viel Wert auf Sauberkeit… :-P
Mich (Medizinstudent, 22) lernt man am Besten bei einem Tee/ Kaffee/ Bier kennen.
