Das Zimmer liegt in einer Dachgeschosswohnung in einem schönen Altbau des Damenviertels. Es überzeugt mit seiner quadratischen Form, sowie Abendsonne und einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof. Die Miete beträgt 245€ inkl. Strom + Internet. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht: Herd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Es gibt eine Internetverbindung mit DSL und Festnetz Flat-rate, WLan vorhanden. Der Keller und Hinterhof steht für Fahrrad und Freizeitausrüstung zur Verfügung. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine wird gemeinsam genutzt. Der Dachboden kann zum Beispiel zum Wäsche trocknen genutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann die aktuelle Möblierung des ZImmers übernommen werden.

The room is located on the top floor of a beautiful old building in the Damenviertel with a window facing the quiet inner court and receiving afternoon sun. The 245€ rent includes power and internet costs. The shared kitchen is equipped with all one needs in the kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. Internet and landline are available with a DLS flat rate and WLan. There is also a cellar and backyard available for storing bikes and an attic which can be used for drying laundry. If there is any interest, the current bedroom furniture can be purchased.

The shared flat is located in the beutiful Damenviertel and is a 5 min walk from Lidl, a bakery, the Bio-Markt, the tram line, the University library (ThULB) and restaurant (Philo-Mensa). It is also only a few minutes away from the Saale river, an ideal spot for evening barbecues, and to the Landgraf walking trail.
Wir suchen für unsere gemütliche 3er WG (m+w) eine umgängliche und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin zwischen 21 und 35 Jahren, die an einem aktiven, aber entspannten WG-Leben interessiert ist. Wir treffen uns zum gemeinsamen Kaffee trinken und kochen in der Küche, schauen gerne Filme und sind an der Luft unterwegs und zum Radfahren und Laufen zu haben.

We are looking for a companionable and outgoing flatmate between 21 and 35 years of age, who is interested in an active but relaxed flat atmosphere, for our 3-person shared flat.
