da ich Jena verlasse sucht mein sehr schönes Zimmer einen neuen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist groß (24qm), hell (4 Fenster) und hat einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick über den Jahnplatz. Die Wohnung (ca 60qm) befindet sich in der oberen Etage eines kleines Fachwerkhaues. Zur Wohnung gehören ein großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, ein Flur sowie eine weitere kleine Terrasse auf der Rückseite.
Mietbeginn ist 1.6 oder mitte Mai.
Kaltmiete: 340€
Nebenkosten: 40€ (Heizung, Strom)
Kaution:800€

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage direkt am Jahnplatz. Zu Fuß braucht man 5 min zum Campus/Stadt.
Wir sind eine sehr entspannte 2er WG. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Joachim (25). Gerne kann zusammen etwas unternommen werden.
