Es handelt sich um ein ca. 16,4 m2 großes Zimmer. Durch die Größe bietet das Zimmer Platz für Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und mehrere Regale bzw. auch kleine Tische.
Die Fenster liegen zur Frommannstraße, die sehr ruhig ist, zudem ist es dadurch im Zimmer schön hell.
Ein paar Häuser weiter ist das Zapata und der Jahnplatz. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Zentrum, in 6 Minuten ist die Uni (Carl-Zeiss-Str.3) zu erreichen. Wer zur Uni gehen möchte, kann dabei an der Leutra entlangwandern...
Um die Ecke ist ein Norma, aber auch die Goethegalerie oder die Wagnergasse (mit meinem ständigen Versorger Fritz Mitte, aber auch diversen anderen Essmöglichkeiten, z.B. Suhsi) ist in besagten 6 Minuten zu erreichen.
The rooms are quite in the middle of Jena. There is the Jahnplatz and the Zapata nearby. You reach the university (Carl-Zeiss-Str.3) in 6 minutes and can take a walk along the Leutra.
3 minutes away there's a Norma, but you'll also reach the Goethegalerie and the Wagnergasse (with Fritzmitte for the best Pommes, but also Sushi and Co.) in 6 minutes...
Du kannst mir gerne eine sms schicken, whatsapp ginge auch. Bitte zwischen 10 und 22 Uhr, geht auch später, aber bitte nicht vor 10 Uhr morgens ;)
Die sonstigen Kosten setzen sich zusammen aus GEZ, Telefon/Internet und Strom.
