Die WG besteht aus unseren drei WG-Zimmern plus Flur,Küche und Bad. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 16 m² groß, liegt zum Hinterhof, ist super gemütlich, sehr hell und vollmöbliert. Es befinden sich ein riesengroßer Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, ein 2m x 1,60m Bett und zwei Kommoden darin.
There are 3 rooms plus hall, kitchen and bathroom. The room for rent is 16m², super cozy and fully furnished with a huge wardrobe, working desk with chair, 2m x1,60m bed and two dressers. Besides it is located to the quiet and bright backyard.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 min zu Fuß vom Westbahnhof entfernt. Der Bus ist auch in 3 min zu erreichen. Mit Fahrrad benötigt man 5 min zur FSU Jena, und auch zur FH sind es nur 5 min. Man kann also auch alles locker zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt an der Ecke unseres Hauses befindet sich ein Tante Emma Laden
und der nächste Supermarkt ist Edeka (5 min zu Fuß) sowie Netto (10 min zu Fuß). Außerdem befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür der Friedensberg. Er lädt zum Spazieren, Joggen und Sonnen ein - ich finde die Lage perfekt.
The apartment is located 5 min walk from Westbahnhof. The next busstation you can reach within 3 minutes. We always walk to the city centre of Jena/ University because it just takes 15 min. The nearest supermarket is Edeka (5 min walk) and Netto (10 min walk). Also you have the beautiful “Friedensberg” right in front of your door to relax, enjoy the sun, go jogging or whatever you like.
Anna & Salome sind meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen – wir haben uns alle erst in Jena kennen gelernt, lachen viel, verstehen uns super und sitzen auch mal gern zum Quatschen und Kochen gemeinsam in der Küche. Anna studiert Kommunikationswissenschaften und Germanistik im Bachelor, Salome studiert BWL - Schwerpunkt SCM im Master. Jeder kann jederzeit die Tür vom eigenen Zimmer zu machen, sich zurückziehen und einfach allein sein und findet sonst aber auch immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Beiden sind wirklich klasse und stets sehr hilfsbereit!
Anna & Salome are my two roommates (the BEST ones) - we first met in Jena, laugh a lot and sometimes we meet spontaneously in our kitchen. Anna is studying communications and German, Salome is studying Business Administration/ SCM. The two are really great and always very helpful so you will find at any time an ear who listen if you have problems!
Da ich ab September ins Auslandssemster gehe, möchte ich mein Zimmer gern untervermieten. Beim genauen Ein-und Auszugsdatum bin ich relativ flexibel, da das Zimmer also auch schon ab 01.09. frei wäre. Besichtigungstermine können ab dem 17.08. stattfinden, da ich zuvor im Urlaub bin. Am Besten du schreibst mir eine Mail oder Whatsappnachricht, sodass wir einen Besichtigungstermin oder auch sehr gern ein Skypegespräch vereinbaren können.
I`ll leave Jena for one semester that’s why my room is for rent. I`m quite flexible about the moving in and moving out date. The room will be free from the 1st of september but it is not a problem if you want to move in in october. Just write me an Email or Whatsapp-Message to arrange an appointment / Skype conversation. :)
