Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Regal. Aus dem Zimmer hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über Jena sowie auf die Kernberge. In der 3er WG wird eine sehr geräumige Küche gemeinsam genutzt, die über Einbauherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, diverse Schränken und einen Tisch verfügt. Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck ist alles Wichtige vorhanden. Die Küche/Diele ist sehr geräumig und man kann prima zusammen sitzen, zusammen kochen, nen Bier trinken und kleine bis mittelgroße Partys veranstalten.
Die Waschmaschine kann über das Studentenwerk genutzt werden und kostet 1€ pro Wäsche.
Durch das Studentenwohnheim steht ebenfalls ein schöner Grillplatz zur Verfügung.
Very spacious room with a bed, closet, shelves and a desk. The room offers a beautiful view over Jena and the Kernberge. In the 3-people-apartment you will find a roomy kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer compartement, cupboards, table), fully equipped for everyone to share. The kitchen can also be used to sit together, cook in company or maybe throw a little party. You are allowed to wash your laundry in the Studentenwerk, that will cost you 1€ per load. The Studentenwerk also provides a picnic site.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der EAH Jena (Fachhochschule).. Optimal wenn man dort studiert! Ansonsten liegt das Studentenwohnheim sehr zentral und man ist in 3 min an der Bushaltestelle, Mensa ist gleich daneben und man ist innerhalb von 10 min in der Stadtmitte!
Der Westbahnhof liegt auch sehr günstig in der Nähe und ist innerhalb von 3 min mit dem Bus erreichbar.
The apartment is very close to the EAH Jena (university of applied science and art). This would be beneficial if you would attend the EAH. The student hostel is quite central. You will find a bus stop only 3 minutes away and the bus will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes. The train station 'Westbahnhof' is also very close by.
Du wohnst mit Joram und einem weiteren Mitbewohner zusammen, der die nächste Zeit ebenfalls neu einzieht. Mit Joram lässt sich entspannt abends ein Bier trinken, man hat aber auch seine Ruhe wenn man das möchte.
Durch den Einfluss des Wohnheims lernt man schnell neue Leute kennen und es ist allerhand los.
Joram will be one of your room mates. He studies machine construction just as me. He is very nice and open minded. He is looking forward to meeting new people. For now he will be the only room mate you'll have until the new room mate will move in this month.
Ich schreibe gerade meine Bachelorarbeit und gebe ab dem 1.8 meine Wohnung ab. Die Wohnung wird ab dem 1.08 vermietet, es besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit die Mietdauer dann direkt über das Studentenwerk zu verlängern.
Also eine super Chance eine sehr günstige angenehme Wohnung in Jena zu ergattern! Zusätzlich ist es eine der wenigen WGs in der Carl-Zeiss-Promenade 8 die eine große Küche mit Fenster und Tisch haben.
Kontakt am besten per Whatsapp. Eine Wohnungsbesichtigung ist jederzeit möglich.
Die Miete ist komplett! Heizung, Wasser und Nebenkosten werden pauschal durch das Wohnheim berechnet. Internet mit extrem hoher Geschwindigkeit kostet 10€ pro Monat.

In the moment I write my bachelor thesis. From the first of August my room is empty and ready for a new occupant. If you want my room and you like it, you have maybe the opportunity to may extend your stay if the property is available and the owner agrees. An amendment to the rental agreement will be issued to take into account the extension.
If that is possible you get a really cheap apartment in Jena.
Also the apartment is one of the only in the Studentenwerk where you have big kitchen with a table and a window.
If you like to contact me it is the best per “Whatsapp”. A apartment sightseeing is every time possible. The rent is completely. Gas, heating, water and additional costs are calculated by the Studentenwerk. The internet is very fast and costs only 10 € in the month.
