Kleines helles 12m² Zimmer auf der Südseite mit einem tollen Tiki-Balkon. Im Zimmer ist ein Bett inkl Lattenrost und neuer Matratze, welches ich gerne für 70,-€ mit abgeben möchte.
Unsere Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit Speisekammer und 2 Kühlschränken. Das Bad hat eine große Wanne und das WC ist praktischerweise separat. Außerdem wurden die Fenster vor ein paar Jahren komplett erneuert (die gelben Fenster auf den Bildern sind die neuen die jetzt überall drin sind inkl. Balkontür).
Das Stadtzentrum ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ca. 30 Minuten sind es bis zur FH. 5 Minuten entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle. Außerdem ist in 100m entfernt ein NORMA und eine Sparkasse. In unserer Straße gibt es noch einen Bäcker und ein Dominos Pizza.
Wir sind sehr gesellig und füreinander da wie eine kleine Familie. Wir machen gerne Filmabende, zocken oder kochen zusammen. Ab und zu kommen Freunde vorbei und auch 2 Gastkatzen. WG-Partys sind natürlich auch mal drin. Wir haben einen Putzplan der gut funktioniert, sind aber weder pingelig noch total chaotisch. Es wär schön, wenn du nett und gesellig bist, deutsch sprichst und Bock auf das WG-Leben hast.
