Weil das Ende meines Studiums näher rückt, muss ich meine geliebte WG mit den besten Flatties überhaupt verlassen. Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemanden, der sich um mein kleines schönes Zimmer (11 m ²) kümmert und eine großartige Zeit in Jena mit netten Leuten genießen will. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schrank, Schlafcoach und einer grünen Pflanze ausgestattet. Der Holzboden macht das Zimmer noch gemütlicher.

Because of the end of my studies, I have to leave my beloved flat with the best flatties ever. I am searching for someone who takes care of my simply lovely room (11m²) and enjoys a great time in Jena with lovely peole around. The room is furnished with a warderobe, bed and a beautiful plant. The wooden floor makes the room even more cosy.
Die WG liegt auf dem Magdelstieg, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof, 10 vom Zentrum und 8 Minuten zur Universität. Edeka und Netto sind ebenso 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Beste Lage zu einem perfekten Preis!!! Fahrrad-Garage inbegriffen. ;)

The flat is on Magdelstieg, just 2 minutes walk from Westbahnhof, 10 from the centre and 8 to University, Edeka and Netto are 8 minutes and a little shop 2 minutes walk from home.
The flat is on the last floor. Veeeeery goooood location for a perfect price!!! Bike garage included. ;)
3 liebevolle Mitbewohner werden hier mit Dir leben. Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander - vor allem in den Abendstunden und am Wochenende. Du wirst direkt nach Jena eingeführt werden. Meine Mitbewohner sind alle im PhD. Aber natürlich verbringen wir nicht 24 Stunden am Tag zusammen - jeder hat seinen Alltag und seine Hobbys.

There are 3 persons living here. We spent a lot of time together - especially in the evenings and the weekends. You will be directly introduced to Jena. All my flatmates are doing PhD. But of course, we don't spend 24 hours a day together - everyone has his diary and hobbies. :)
Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene, kommunizierfreudige Frau, um die Atmosphäre in der WG zu behalten. Da wir eine international WG sind, wird jeden Tag Englisch gesprochen.
Mein Zimmer ist ab Februar frei.
