Das freie Zimmer ist durch 3 Fenster hell ausgeleuchtet. Das Zimmer ist von der Hauptstraße abgewandt, so dass im Sommer ohne große Störeinwirkungen das Fenster offen gelassen werden kann.Durch den rechteckigen schnitt, lässt es sich gut einrichten. Die Größe beläuft sich auf etwa ~ 14m².
Die Wohnküche ist gut ausgestattet
(Gas-Herd!, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Küchentisch) und sorgt immer für eine gemütliche Stimmung. Das Bad hat zwei Fenster für eine mehr als ausreichende Licht- und Luftzufuhr.
Sonst verfügt die WG eigentlich über alles was man so benötigt: DSL-Flat, Fahrradabstellplatz im Hof etc.
Westbahnhof ist in 4 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Innenstadt / Uni ~ 10 min zu Fuß.
3 min zum nächsten Edeka. In wenigen Minuten ist man ebenfalls im Grünen/Wald.
Wir sind eine gemütliche 3er-WG.
Wir, das sind derzeit Tobi (24 Student der Pharmazie) ,Fred (28, Bauingenieur und jetzt wieder BWL-Student ).
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem netten, präsenten und aufgeweckten Mitbewohner/innen.
