Wir sind eine entspannte und freundliche WG mit einer großen Küche. Die WG liegt im Damenviertel in der Nähe vom Spittelplatz, sodass man mit der Straßenbahn schnell überall hinkommt. Zu Fuß benötigt man aber auch nicht lange, nur 5 Minuten bis zur Thulb oder zur PhilosophenMensa.
Das Zimmer ist 11m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster.
Die Miete beträgt 176,56 € (incl. Nebenkosten) + Strom und Internet für 17€. Das Internet funktioniert hier sehr gut.
Wir sind Nils (studiert Deutsch und Biologie auf Lehramt) und Anna (studiert Geographie und Deutsch auf Lehramt).
Wir fänden es schön, wenn du Lust hast ab und an gemeinsam zu kochen oder zu frühstücken und man miteinander und nicht aneinander vorbeilebt.
Komm einfach mal auf einen Tee vorbei und schau dir das Zimmer und die WG an. Wir freuen uns.

We are looking forward to introduce you to our nice flat with a big kitchen. The flat is in the Damenviertel in the north of Jena near to the Spittelplatz, where you can take the tram. By foot, you only need 5 min. to the Thulb or to the philosophers mensa.
The room is 11m² with a big window.
The rent is 176,56 € (+17 € for internet and electricity).
We are Nils (student of german and biology to become a teacher) and Anna (student of geography and german to become a teacher).
It would be nice, if you like to cook or like to have breakfast (not to early) together. We rather live together than apart.
Just come around, get a tee or a coffee und get to know us. We are happy to see you.
