Here is an amazing chance to live in this large cozy room in a great location!
The room is very large (25 m²) ,it has king size bed, a couch area with a table and TV, a smaller couch for reading or relaxing, a desk with a very comfy chair and a wardrobe. Additionally it has some very handy shelves.
The room is located in a large 5-room apartment with 41m² shared area, including a large hallway, a completely furnished kitchen (including dishwasher). In addition to the actual bathroom with bathtub, there is an additional guest toilet. All in all, very comfortable.
The room is very comfortable and it has a great view of the park
Since Jena-Wohnen is the landlord, you do not have to pay a deposit.
I am leaving for 5 months and therefore I will leave all the furniture in the room for the duration of my stay

We live in a super central location, in the middle of the City and close to the Paradiesbahnhof. Paradiese park is just around the corner. It is a 4-minute walk to get to the public transport, and to the campus and cafeteria. For grocery shopping, you only have to go around the corner once.
The roommates all study (from Bacherlor to PhD), or have just finished. They are all very nice and very uncomplicated! We frequently hang around in the house or in the park. We like to sit together in the kitchen, have a beer and chat a bit. But just as well, you can pull yourself back to your room and have your rest!
