Wir sind eine nette und aufgeschlossene 3’er WG und suchen zum 01.10. eine/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir sind Kathrin, eine Chemiestudentin und Christoph, Informatiker, 24 Jahre.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und befindet sich, trotz der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, in ruhiger Lage.
Schreibtisch sowie Kleiderschrank könnten nach Wunsch übernommen werden, der Preis ist Verhandlungssache :).
Die Wohnung liegt im Damenviertel, dem schönsten Viertel der Stadt. Außerdem ist die Gegend sehr ruhig.
Wir haben einen schönen Balkon und unsere Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.
Von hier aus bist du in 8 Gehminuten am Campus oder am Holzmarkt. Von dort aus kommst du mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin.
Eine weitere Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch direkt in der Nähe der WG, dort bist du in circa 2 Minuten.
