Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG. Da die WG im Hinterhaus liegt ist es sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten, sodass der Platz optimal ausgenutzt werden kann. Es ist Laminat in Holzoptik verlegt und ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof hinaus vorhanden, in daszu jeder Tageszeit Licht hinein kommt, sodass es immer schön hell ist.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert weitervermietet.

Die Lage der WG ist optimal. Sie befindet sich in einem der schönsten Stadtteile von Jena, dem Damenviertel. Die Physikalisch Astronomische Fakultät ist ca. 300m, die Thulb ca. 400m, und das Stadtzentrum ca. 600m entfernt. Den ÖPNV (Haltestelle Spittelplatz) erreicht man in ca. 5 min.

Die WG besteht derzeitig aus 3 Leuten. Sebastian und Eric haben beide Physik an der Friedrich Schiller Universität studiert und wohnen bereits seit ca. 6 Jahren in der WG. Ich habe hier einen Master in Molekularbiologie begonnen, werde jetzt aber doch in eine andere Fachrichtung wechseln.
Sebastian zieht demnächst ebenfalls aus um seine Doktorarbeit in einer anderen Stadt anzufangen, daher wird in der WG zu Anfang September noch ein zweites Zimmer frei.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Eric ist ein sehr umgänglicher Typ. Die WG ist ordentlich, wobei auf starre Putzpläne o.ä. verzichtet wird, da es auch so klappt.
Es ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche vorhanden und auch eine Waschmaschine.

Please don't hesitate to contact me via WhatsApp or mail if you are interested in renting the room from the middle of August on !
Though the room is small you'll be more than happy to live in this beautiful flat in the most beautiful area of the city. The main library (the Thulb), the botanical garden and the planetarium are in walking distance (less than 5 min if you are a fast walker! ;) ). If you ride the bike you'll be in the city centre and anywhere else in no time.
The room will be unfurnished and as it is seen on the pictures the walls are already white.
There will be another room in the shared flat available soon, since Sebastian is leaving Jena as well. So if you have a friend you want to live with, this is your chance!
