Hey to the potential lucky person that will take over my room! I am sadly leaving this flat after over two years of living here to go back to England to be with my family. This offer includes a fully furnished with a double bed, sofa (turns into a bed), desk, clothes rack and much more for the price of 150 EUR. The room is well lit with big windows letting in almost 4qm of light.

The flat is in the perfect location for everyone especially student and young professional. It is located directly near the Marktplatz, so super central. Less than 1 minute walk to the tram stop and extremely close to a lot of the university buildings.
Unsere WG liegt direkt am Marktplatz, also sehr zentral. Natürlich sind daher Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Universität, Paradiespark und weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie z.B. das Cinestar nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Currently living in the flat are my lovely flatmates Matze and Denise aged between 25 and 30 (I don’t know their actual aged). They both speak fluent German and English so if, like me your German is not so good then this is the perfect flat for you. They are both working
