Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und Richtung Hinterhof, ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne. Es ist perfekt zum Abhängen sowie fürs Arbeiten. Das blaue Sofa in der Küche ist zentraler Ort für sonntägliches Abschimmeln, wenn Freund Hangover doch zu sehr zugeschlagen hat. Das Bad ist -wirklich- riesig. Badewanne, Klo, drei Fenster, Riesenspiegel, Waschbecken- du siehst, alles da. Ein Fahrradkeller ist über den Hof zugänglich. Einen Garten haben wir auch am Haus, frei zur Verfügung.

The room is 16 qm and is towards the back of the house, which makes it quiet and nice because you can see the garden, instead of the street. It is a perfect place to hang out, but also to work.
In the kitchen you can find all you need, and also chill on the couch. The bathroom is very big, with three windows, a bathtube and shower, toilet, a huge mirror, everything. In the back of the building we have a garden and also enough space to leave your bike.
Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle "Spittelplatz" ist 1 Minute entfernt, die Uni-Bibliothek ungefähr 3 Minuten, Innenstadt 6 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Innenstadt oder der nahegelegene Lidl am Saalbahnhof. Einen Bio-Laden und einen Unverpackt-Laden gibt es direkt um die Ecke.

The tram stop is "Spittelplatz" and it's not even 1 minute away from here. The Uni library is also very close, about 3 minutes walking, to the city center it's about 6 minutes. There you can find shopping places, or you can go towards Saalbahnhof, where you can also do your groceries. Everything can be reached very easily.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Philipp, Marleen, Theo und Paula. Alle vier sind keine Stubenhocker, haben gern Besuch und sind für spontane Unternehmungen zu haben. Die Wohnung ist nun schon seit mehr als zehn Jahren von Wg-Generation zu Wg-Generation weitergegeben worden. Gemeinsame Koch-Action oder abends gemütlich beim Bierchen/Weinchen versacken oder dich zurückziehen mit Buch und Tee, -hier herrscht kein Wg-Abhäng-Zwang, im Idealfall haben wir einfach Bock, zusammen einen schönen Alltag zu verbringen und solche Dinge passieren von allein. Alter, Geschlecht und Herkunft spielen für uns keine Rolle. Wichtig ist uns vielmehr, dass du eine offene und kommunikative Person bist.

This apartment has always been a very open and friendly place. Philipp, Marleen, Theo and Paula will be your flatmates. We like to hang out and spend time together or to have friends coming over. To have a beer or coffee together will probably happen, but nothing is a must. No matter what age, gender or nationality, you are all welcome. Open mindedness and communication are way more important to us.
