Das Zimmer liegt im 3 OG, in einer 3 Zimmerwohnung in Jena-Stadt. Es ist 9qm groß, aus dem Fenster hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die gesamte Stadt und Umland. Es gibt zwei gemütliche Dachschrägen.
An Möbeln würde ich bei Bedarf nach Absprache mein 1m hohes und 1,40m breites Bett weitergeben, über Schreibtisch und Schrank können wir auch gerne reden. :)
The room is in the 3. floor in a 3-Rooms flat (not incl. Bath/Kitchen) in Jena city. The room is 9 squarem. big, from the window you have a good view on Jena and the surrounding. From the Furniture in consulation, I would leave my 1m high 1,40m long Bed in the room or take it out if you want to, maybe we can negotiate about the Table aswell. :)
In the flat are living 2 other people:
Phillip Hofmann, who is a 25y old student of sociology
and Miah Mazahrul, who is 28 and working in Erfurt at the moment.
The WG-live is shaped more apropriate for the moment, but im sure both of them would be open for a drink or smth similiar if they are asked.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Saale, nahe Jena-Ost, südlich des Paradies Bahnhofs.
Von der Wohnung aus braucht man zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum/ zum Uni-Campus. Die nächste Station Steinweg ist 2 Minuten entfernt; von dort fahren die Buslinie 14 und Die Straßenbahnlinie 2 ,die beide über das Stadtzentrum fahren.
Der nächste Supermarkt (Aldi oder Edeka) ist maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wer ansonsten Lust hat was trinken zu gehen/ sich etwas auf die Hand zu holen: Die Johannisstraße liegt auch keine 5 Minuten weg.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich recht ruhig. Außer mir leben noch 2 weitere Studenten in der WG.
Phillip Hofmann studiert Soziologie und ist 25.
Miah Mazharul. hat Wirtschaftsw.schaften. studiert, arbeitet in Erfurt und ist 28.
Das Wg-Leben gestaltet sich momentan eher zweckmäßig, jedoch sind beide offen mal was trinken zu gehen oder ähnliches wenn man nur auf sie zugeht.
Die nagelneu eingebaute Küche ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine und Elektroherd mit Ceranfeld. Eine zur WG gehörende Waschmaschine gibt es im Keller. Im ganzen Haus und im Nachbarhaus leben fast ausschließlich Studenten.
Im Hinterhof gibt es einen Garten und einen überdachten Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und geeignet um im Sommer zu grillen oder ähnliches.
