Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock im Herzen von Jena, in der Lutherstraße. Dich erwartet ein helles, sonniges und großes Zimmer. Unsere Mitbewohnerin nimmt bei ihrem Auszug ihre Möbel mit, sodass dich ein unmöbliertes Zimmer erwartet, das du dir selbst nach deinen Wünschen einrichten kannst. Außerdem befindet sich direkt an deinem Zimmer ein Balkon mit einer Größe von ca. 10 m2 auf dem man schön entspannen kann.
Die Lage ist ein Traum. Man braucht 2 min zu Fuß zum Hauptcampus der Uni und mit dem Bus ca. 15 min bis zur Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Goethe Galerie sowie das Stadtzentrum. Wir wohnen also in exklusiver Lage ;)
Im Moment besteht die WG aus Jonas (BWL-Student, 20 J.), Kevin (Lehramtsstudent, 24 J.) und Jasmin (Pflegestudentin, 20 J.). Da wir keine Zweck-WG sind, würden wir uns freuen, ab und an zusammen etwas zu unternehmen. Aber immer nach dem Prinzip: Alles kann, nichts muss :)
