Wir wohnen in einer Dreiraumwohnung, Ich brauche etwas Abstand von Jena und bewohne das größte Zimmer der relativ kleinen Wohnung. Aus dem Fenster gibt es einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung der Kernberge. Dort lässt sich gut am Schreibtisch arbeiten.
Ansonsten ist das Zimmer voll möbliert und die Möbel können genutzt werden. Sicherlich können wir schauen, ob wir was deinen Bedürfnissen entsprechend anpassen. Wir sollten absprechen, welche Möbel genutzt werden, damit die restlichen in den Keller gebracht werden können.
Wir haben eine kleine, aber sehr gemütliche Küche.
The flat itself is not bg, but the has a quite acceptable size. The room has a nice view to some mountains in the east. It's a good thing to work at the desk there. The room is fully furnished but we can take in account what your needs are.
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt hinterm Kassablanca und ca. 4 Minuten von der Bahnhaltestelle "Felsenkellerstr." entfernt. Den Westbahnhof erreichst du in 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist hier ziemlich ruhig, was gut ist, um abends runterzukommen oder um zu arbeiten. In der Innenstadt bist du in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Allerdings befindet sich der nächste Supermarkt auch erst dort oder am Magdelstieg.
The flat is placed next to the Kassablanca, a popular party location. But it's actually quite calm here, so it's possible to work concentrated and to rest. 4 minutes away from the tram-station "Felsenkellerstraße" and 7 minutes to the Westbahnhof. You reach the city center by 15 minutes walk.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind sehr freundlich und würden sich auch sehr über internationale Leute freuen. Da könnten sich auch gut gemeinsame Aktivitäten ergeben, wenn's passt.
Sie sind auf jeden Fall nicht der Grund, dass ich eine Weile aus Jena weg muss :D

Aus persönlichen Gründen brauche ich etwas Abstand von Jena. Eventuell ziehe ich woanders hin oder würde die Zwischenmiete noch mal verlängern. Das ist aber derzeit unklar. Deswegen erst mal bis Ende März. Lasst uns einfach eine klare Absprache dazu treffen.
For personal reasons I want to take some distance from Jena. But that has nothing to do with my flatmates :D
So for that reason you can rent the room to the end of March. Could also be, that I move out or prolong the part-time rent. Let's make a clear agreement about that, so that we can take in account, what our specific needs are.
