Das Zimmer ist trotz seiner 11qm schön hell und zudem bereits möbiliert. Alle Möbel die oben auf den Bildern zu sehen sind bleiben im Zimmer. Ansonsten werden die Küche mit netter Sitzecke und das Bad mt Badewanne und Waschmaschine natürlich geteilt. Außerdem gibt es zu der Wohnung noch ein Kellerabteil und der Innenhof wurde letztes Jahr frisch renoviert. Dort befinden sich auch zwei Fahrradräume.
Für die Möbel in dem Zimmer und gemeinschaftlichen Anschaffungen würde ich insgesamt gerne einen Abschlag von 150€ haben.

The room is around 11 sqauremeters in size and nice and sunny. All the furniture depicted in the photos will stay in the room. The kitchen with a nice sitting area and the Bathroom with a bathtube and the washing mashine are of course shared. Additionally there is a little cellar space belonging to the flat and in the freshly renovated backyard there are two rooms for bikes.
For all the furniture in the room as well as shared expenses, I would like to have 150€.
Die Lage ist ideal. Die nächste Bushaltestelle deren Busse zur FH und dem Beutenberg hoch fährt, ist fast quasi fast vor der Tür (vielleicht 1min laufen) und bis zum West Bahnhof sind es auch keine 5min. Die WG liegt etwa auf der Mitte zwischen FSU und EAH, ob nun zur FH hoch oder zum Abbe Campus (und somit der Innenstadt) runter, braucht es vielleicht 10-15min zu Fuss. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Nah&Gut (5min), sowie Netto (10min).

In my opinion the location of the flat is ideal. The next Bus stop (with Busses to the Beutenberg Campus and the Ernst Abbe Hochschule) are nearly right across the street (perhaps a minute walk). The West Bahnhof trainstation is also not even a 5min walk away. We are basically in the middle of the universities and both as well as the city center are perhaps 10min away. The next grocery store is Nah&Gut(5min) and Netto(10min).
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Elisa (Englischstudentin), sowie Joel und Sofia die beide ihren Phd in den Biowissenschaften machen. Da Joel aus Portugal und Sofia aus Spanien kommt ist die Hauptsprache in der WG bisher Englisch gewesen. Alle drei sind super lieb und man trifft häufig jemanden in der Küche zum quatschen oder auch Filme schauen. Aber natürlich ist es auch für alle okay wenn man seine Ruhe haben will und sich in sein Zimmer zurück zieht.

Your new flatmates would be Elisa an english major and Sofia and Joel, two Phd stundents in Bioscience. Because Joel is from Portugal and Sofia is from Spain the main language of communication is english. All three of them are super nice and you often meet somebody in the kitchen for a chat or a movie. However nobody will be cross with you when you want your space and retreat to your room.
Wir suchen einen netten offenen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin, die mindestens 20 ist und sich auch zutraut in einem internationalen englischsprachigen Umfeld zu Leben.
Wir würden uns freuen wenn du uns ein paar Worte über dich schreiben könntest und dann finden wir einen Termin zum Besichtigen und Kennenlernen. Zeitlich passt es uns unter der Woche ab dem späten Nachmittag. Wir freuen uns!

Overall we are searching for a nice openminded new flatmate that is at least 20 and is comfortable with an international english speaking environment.
Perhaps you could write us a little bis about yourself and then we will see about a possible time to meet. Timewise weeknights late afternoon would fit us the best. We are looking forward to meeting you!
