Auf 15m2 kannst du es dir in Zukunft gemütlich machen. Das Zimmer liegt gemeinsam mit dem Rest der Wohnung im Dachgeschoss und ist mit zwei Fenstern in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet,sodass du fast den ganzen Tag Sonne im Zimmer hast. Vor dem einen Fester steht ein großer Nadelbaum, wodurch es im Sommer auch nicht allzu heiß wird. Du blickst in Richtung unseres Hinterhofes, wodurch es schön ruhig ist, man hört mehr Vogelgezwitscher als Straßenlärm ;). Außerdem siehst du Richtung Westen den Bismarckturm und Richtrung Osten den Jentower.
Die Wohnung selbst hat ein Bad mit Dusche, eine weitere Toilette auf halber Treppe und eine schöne Küche , welche auch der Hotspot unserer WG ist. In besagtem Hinterhof ist auch ein Garten in dem man im Sommer sehr schön sitzen und grillen kann oder in Ruhe lesen und sich sonnen kann. Außerdem kann man dort Kräuter anpflanzen, wenn man mag.

On 15m2 you can make yourself comfortable in the future. The room is located together with the rest of the flat on the top floor and has two windows facing south, so that you have sunshine in the room almost all day long. There is a large conifer in front of one of the windows, so it doesn't get too hot in the summer. You look towards our backyard, which makes it nice and quiet, you hear more birdsong than street noise ;). You can also see the Bismarck Tower to the west and the Jentower to the east.
The flat itself has a bathroom with shower, another toilet halfway up the stairs and a nice kitchen, which is also the hotspot of our shared flat. There is also a garden in the backyard where you can sit and barbecue in the summer or read and sunbathe in peace. You can also plant herbs there if you like.
Die WG liegt 15 Minuten (zu Fuß), 5 Minuten (mit dem Rad) vom Campus entfernt und Nahe der Buslinie 14 oder 16, die über das Stadtzentrum fahren.
Gleich um die Ecke sind Norma, Total-Tankstelle, Bäcker, Lieferserviece und eine Sparkasse.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man auch prima joggen, wandern und Radfahren gehen, entweder an der Leutra lang, bergauf auf den Friedensberg oder ins Langetal.
Ich für meinen Teil finde die Lage perfekt, da man schnell in der Stadt, aber auch noch schneller draußen im Grünen sein kann!

The shared flat is 15 minutes (on foot), 5 minutes (by bike) from the campus and close to bus line 14 or 16, which run through the city centre.
Norma, Total petrol station, bakery, delivery service and a Sparkasse are just around the corner.
From the flat you can also go jogging, hiking and cycling, either along the Leutra, uphill to the Friedensberg or into the Langetal.
For my part, I find the location perfect, as you can be in the city quickly, but also out in the countryside even faster!
Wir sind eine Vierer-Studierenden-Wg. Der älteste Mitbewohner ist Franz (25) und macht gerade seinen Master in Geoinformatik. Wenn er nicht grad am lecker Essen machen ist, ist er super viel draußen unterwegs, geht bouldern oder slacklinen oder hängt mit Freunden rum. Anna (23) studiert Soziologie und engagiert sich schon lange im Erasmus-Verein. Außerdem besucht sie gerne Sprachkurse. Oskar (20) ist das Küken der WG und ein toller Handwerker. Er studiert Bio-Geowissenschaften im Bachelor und geht gerne gemeinsam mit Franz auf Fahrraddemos.
Insgesamt sind wir eine super offene, tolerante und freundschaftliche WG. Öfters kommen auch Freunde zu Spiele-/Kochabenden vorbei und die ein oder andere Party gabs hier auch schon. Natürlich ist es auch vollkommen in Ordnung sich mal zurückzuziehen, dafür hat jeder Verständnis, aber wir würden auch in Zukunft gerne keine Zweck-WG sein. ;)
Mir (Toni) hat die Zeit hier viel Spaß gemacht und ich werde wohl auch das eine oder andere Mal zu Besuch sein, aber nach 3 Jahren in dieser Wohnung ist es langsam Zeit für mich, mal was Neues auszuprobieren.

We are a student flat-sharing group of four. The oldest flatmate is Franz (25) and is currently doing his Master's in Geoinformatics. When he's not making delicious food, he's outdoors a lot, bouldering, slacklining or hanging out with friends. Anna (23) is studying sociology and has been involved in the Erasmus Association for a long time. She also likes to attend language courses. Oskar (20) is the chick in the flat share and a great handyman. He is studying bio-geosciences for his bachelor's degree, likes to go to bike rallies together with Franz, and is a good friend.
All in all, we are a super open, tolerant and friendly flat-sharing community. Friends often come over for games/cooking evenings and we've had the odd party here and there. Of course, it's also perfectly okay to withdraw from time to time, everyone understands that, but we wouldn't want to be a functional flat-share in the future either ;)
I (Toni) have enjoyed my time here a lot and I will probably visit once in a while, but after 3 years in this flat, it's about time for me to try something new.
