Ab Mai wird mein Zimmer in der Lutherstraße frei. Das schöne, helle Zimmer ist 13m² groß und wird dir unmöbliert übergeben, dadurch hast du die Möglichkeit es individuell einzurichten. Lediglich das Wandregal würde ich dir da lassen, da ich das auch von der Vormieterin habe. Die Jalousie würde ich auf Wunsch auch da lassen, da ich sie in der neuen Wohnung nicht brauchen werde.
My room will available from May. It is a nice and bright room with a large window. The room will be unfurnished, so you will be able to arrange your furniture according to your personal taste. I would like to leave the shelf on the wall as it already was here when I moved in. If you like, you can also have the blinds on the window, since I will have no use for them in my new apartment.
Die WG ist in wirklich perfekter Lage: 5 Minuten vom Campus und der Goethe Galerie entfernt, zum Norma sind es sogar nur 3 Minuten. Auch eine Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt gibt es mit der Buslinie 14 (Haltestelle Riedstraße 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt). Die Wohnung hat einen Keller, in dem man einiges abstellen kann. Außerdem gibt es einen gemeinsamen Waschraum, in dem jede WG ihre Waschmaschine hat, du musst also zu keiner Wäscherei gehen.^^ Außerdem haben wir eine Spülmaschine, was natürlich viel Arbeit spart :D
The position of the apartment is quite perfect: The campus and the Goethe Galerie are merely a five-minute-footwalk away, Norma is as close as three minutes by foot. There is a bus stop two minutes from our house (bus number 14, Riedstraße) Our apartment has a basement, in which you can store a lot of things. There is also a room in the basement that holds all of the washers, so you don't need to go to a laundry shop. We also have a dishwasher, which saves you a lot of time :D
Deine beiden neuen Mitbewohner sind Benjamin und Alessia. Benjamin promoviert in Philosophie und Alessia studiert Anglistik im Master. Alles weitere lässt sich am besten persönlich erfragen.
Your two new roommates are Benjamin and Alessia. Benjamin is writing his PhD in Philosophy, whereas Alessia is studying English.
