Die wohnung ist 65 qm groß, die sich in 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Balkon, Abstellraum aufteilt. Die küche ist hell und sehr geräumig und eignet sich wunderbar als Gemeinschaftsraum. Dein Zimmer ist in etwa 14 qm groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster und ist mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Außerdem hat die Wohnung sehr hohe Decken, sodass die Nutzung eines Hochbettes möglich wäre.
Ausstattung: Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine.
Lage: In die Innenstadt und zum Hauptcampus brauchst du 5 min zu Fuß, genauso wie zum Paradies- und zum Westbahnhof. Ebenfalls befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ( Felsenkeller) direkt vor der Tür.
Eine sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit hast du vor der Tür, denn zu der Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, den man für 30 € im Monat anmieten kann.
