Hallo everbody, you will find the englisch version below the german one.
Unsre liebe Mitbewohnerin verlässt uns zum Ende des Jahres. Deshalb suchen wir, Mutter ( im Kulturbereich tätig) mit Kind und Studentin suchen ab Januar 2022 eine/ n neue/n tolle/n Mitbewohner*in für unser schönes, historisches, zwei etagiges 142qm Haus
mit großer Dachterrasse.
Wir bieten 1,5 Zimmer an.
Diese befinden sich in der ersten, lichtdurchfluteten Etage, mit einem großen Bad und offener Wohnküche.
Die 1 1/2 Zimmer bestehen aus einem 16qm großen Wohnbereich, daneben befindet sich mit offenem Türeingang ein kleines, 5qm großes Extrazimmer, ideal zum Schlafen. Zusammen hat dieser Bereich drei große Fenster.
Auf der gleichen Etage wohnt noch die Studentin.
Kind und Mutter haben ihre Zimmer in der zweiten Etage mit eigenem Bad.
Die Zimmeraufteilung des Hauses gibt allen Bewohner*innen genügend Raum und Privatsphäre.
Oben auf dem Dach lockt zur gemeinsamen Nutzung die 40 qm Dachterrasse zu manch schönem Abend und draußen Schlafen mit Sterne gucken in der warmen Jahreszeit sowie natürlich unten die vollausgestattete Wohnküche.
In der Schlafkoje steht ein einfaches Bettpodest auf Fensterhöhe, so dass darunter viel Stauraum ist. Dieses Podest - 1, 40m breit kann auf Wunsch gerne im Zimmer verbleiben.
Die Zimmermiete mit Nebenkosten, WLAN, Strom:
1 ½ Zimmer = 21 qm = 450€
Die 1 1/2 Zimmer sind ab 01. Januar 2022 zu vermieten.

We (mother, daughter and University Student ) are looking for a new roommate
to share our beautiful, historical, 2 storey house (142 qm) with us.
The 1 1/2 room is on the lower floor, which is flooded with light,
contains a large bathroom, and an open, fully-equipped, open-plan, eat-in kitchen.
It is devided into a 16qm living area with an open space next door of 5qm,
ideally used as a bedroom. This room combination has 3 windows.
The room of the University Student is also on the floor.
Mother and Child live upstairs on the upper floor.
The layout of the house leave enough room and private space for everyone.
The 40qm terrace is perfect for shared use and long evenings,
sleeping under the sky and counting stars...
If you want, you can rent the room partly.
The rent, including additional costs and WLAN:
1 ½ rooms = 21qm = 450,00€
You can rent the 1,5 room beginning on 1th of January 2022.
Das Haus liegt im Zentrum, das Theater und die Post sind in 5 min per Fuß zu erreichen. Der große Park, das sogenannte "Paradies" lockt mit nur 3 Gehminuten zum Verweilen ein.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie die Goethe Galerie sowie der Uni Campus sind per Fuß in 7 min zu erreichen.
Bahnhof West wie Bahnhof Paradies sind auch beide in 5 bzw. 10 min erreichbar.

The residential area lies in the center of Jena, 5 minutes from the theatre and the post office.
The “Paradise" Park is 3 minutes walking distance.
Places to go shopping (Goethe Galerie) or the uni campus are 7 minutes walking distance.
The train stations (West and Paradies) are 10 minutes away.
Wir, die Große im Kulturbereich tätig, die Kleine kurz vor der Schule, die Studentin mitten im Studium suchen offene, freundliche
Mitbewohner*innen (Student*innen, Doktorant*innen, Berufstätige,, FSJler*innen, usw.) für ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben mit gelegentlichem Austausch.
Eine Party WG sind wir nicht, doch sind wir für entspannte Abenden auf der gemeinsamen Dachterrasse sehr zu haben.
Rauchen auf dieser ist erlaubt wie Sterne gucken.
The two of us (the tall one, who works in the cultural sector, and the short one
who is about to start school) are looking for an open, friendly flat-mate
(student, PHD-student, working people, single parent, FSJ-dler*innen, ...)
for an uncomplicated, everyday life and occasional conversations.
One thing is certain: we are not a party-flat share but we like to spend relaxing time together on the terrace.
You may smoke on the terrace.
And watching the stars.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet: Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden (vom Geschirrspüler bis zur Espresso-Maschine), im Badezimmer befinden sich Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn - komm(t) doch einfach vorbei und schau(t) es Dir/Euch an!
