ab dem 15.11.'20 bieten wir ein nettes Zimmer in einer 3-Personen-WG. Micha arbeitete als Koch im Café Wagner, er versucht ein Stipendium für ein Kulturwissenschafts-Doc-Studium zu bekommen und verdingt sich ansonsten gern in Mix Sets aus Politischer Bildung und Subkulturellem Workshop Vermittlungs Shizzle, ansonsten leben wir gerne in einem (sub)kulturell gefüllten bunten Mix um im kleinen coole Dinge zu bewegen und überhaupt. Lea ist eine hilfsbereite und süße Person die gerne in ihrer Freizeit malt und liest. Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Couch und Fernseher.

from 15th of November 2020 we offer a nice room in the city center of Jena. Our lovely flatmate Julia will gonna leave our appartment for a while. All identies are very Welcome! In our 3-Person WG lives Micha, he tryin‘ to study again for becoming a doctor of cultural sciences ,Micha cooked in vegetarian paradise of „Café Wagner“ and does Political Education in a mix with Subcultural Skills Teaching and/or try somehow to have an colour bringing impact on this wrongful world. And Lea, she is graduating in school. Lea likes Art and loves reading she is a kind, nice and helpfull

Unsere WG liegt im Zentrum von Jena – zwischen Inselplatz, UHG und Saale. Den Ernst-Abbe-Campus erreicht man zu Fuß in ca 10 min, die Thulb in 4 min,.. eigentlich ist alles schnell erlaufen :)
Zum Einkaufen gibt es der Nähe einen Biomarkt, alles andere ist auch nur 8 Fußminuten entfernt, egal ob laut in der Stadt oder ruhiger in Wenigenjena.
Auch an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind wir gut angebunden,jedoch liegt unsere WG liegt an einer großen Straße, die stark befahren und daher etwas lauter ist. Auf der Rückseite ist die Eisenbahnstrecke gelegen.
Das tollste ist, dass wir ganz in der Nähe des Camsdorfer Ufers sind und daher ist es ein Katzensprung zum Ufer, zu den Wiesen, zum Grillen, Chillen & Sonne tanken, auch in den Paradiespark sind es nur wenige Meter zu laufen...
Our 4-room flat is located directly in the city center, opposite of the big „Inselplatz“ and the „Universitätshauptgebäude“ (main building of the university), and the Saale. So there is no problem at all to make a fast shopping or to get to the public transport.
The flat is also quite close to the Camsdorfer Ufer, bank of the Saale river where you can relax, make barbecue or just enjoy the sun reflections in the river. Also to the city park you only need some minutes of walking. Unfortunately the flat is directly situated between a main Street on the one side and the Railway Track on the other side. So it‘s a bit louder (but cheaper) than in other parts of the town.
Wir sind eine entspannte WG, wo jede*r sich ausleben kann. Im Haus wohnen auch sehr nette Menschen, die immer ein Ohr offen haben, das passende Mehl zum Kuchen oder Balsamico zum Salat :)
We are a flat of four rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equiped with everything you need. We are all easygoing, open-minded people.
Der Mietpreis ist ein „All-Inklusiv-Paket“, bei dem Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag und gemeinsamer WG-Krempel wie Wasch- und Putzmittel, Gewürze, Öle, Zwiebeln mit dabei sind / von gekauft werden können.

Das Zimmer ist von November bis Februar zur Zwischenmiete frei, aber ich bin da ziemlich flexibel d.h. wenn du erst für April oder März etwas neues hast werde ich dich nicht auf die Straße setzen . Auf Anfrage schicke ich bilder vom Zimmer.
