Das helle Zimmer ist 10 Quadratmeter groß und hat eine schöne Sicht in den schönen Garten der mit zum Haus gehört und man im Sommer ungestört sitzen kann. Küche ist sehr groß und voll ausgestattet.
Das Haus ist in der nähe vom Paradiespark, genau vor der Haltestelle Mühlenstraße. Es hat eine ruhige Umgebung und die Straßenbahnen kommen aller 10 min am Tag. Man braucht 5 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt und weniger als 5 Minuten bis zum Park. Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Rewe, Netto) sind zu erlaufen bzw. nach 2 weiteren Haltestellen erreichbar. Von dem Balkon kann man toll auf die Kernberge schauen.
Es ist ein ruhiges WG- Leben. Die 2 anderen Mitbewohner sind beide Auszubildende. Durch eine große Küche und Sitzmöglichkeit ist das gemeinsame Kochen gut möglich.
