Super zentrales, möbliertes Zimmer & extra großen Wohnzimmer freut sich auf dich !!

Zum Zimmer:

In unserer tollen WG wird ab 01. Juli ein Zimmer frei und kostet monatlich 315 Euro mit Allem. Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß, so wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann - komplett möbliert. Die Möbel müssten gegen eine fairen Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 250 Euro - verhandlungsbasis - übernommen werden. Die Möbel sind auf einem neuwertigen Zustand und das Bett wurde nicht oft benutzt. Das Zimmer ist zur Hofseite, sodass es durchgehend ruhig ist. Die Kaution beträgt knapp 2 Monatsmieten.

Zur Wohnung:

Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 90 qm groß. Sie verfügt, wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann über ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, in dem wir gerne zusammen essen und relaxen. Das tolle Wohnzimmer ist neben der Küche unser Highlight der WG. Denn die Küche wurde erst vor 3 Monaten komplett neu renoviert, sodass wir neben einem super neuen Kühlschrank auch über eine Spülmaschine verfügen. Daneben verfügt die Wohnung noch über einen Balkon, auf dem des Öfteren gegrillt wird. In der WG haben wir 2 Bäder, sodass man zur Not auch auf ein anderes Bad ausweichen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig. Sie ist vom Stadtzentrum (FSU Campus) 8 Minuten, von der FH 15 Minuten, vom Paradiespark 5 Minuten, vom Westbahnhof 1 Minute und vom Paradiespark 8 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.

WG Leben:

Wir sind keine Zweck WG. Annabel ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert an der FSU Wirtschaft und Sprachen. Mariano, welcher aus Argentinien ist, ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Logistik im Master an der FSU. Beide sind total offen und versprechen sich ein interaktives WG Leben. So kommt es oft vor, dass wir abends zusammensitzen und ein Bier trinken, etwas essen, Spiele spielen und natürlich hoffentlich ohne den Lockdown auch mal zusammen feiern gehen. Wir laden gerne auch mal Freunde ein und lernen gerne auch neue Leute kennen. Da Mariano zur Zeit in Hamburg sein Praktikum macht, kommt er erst im Oktober wieder in die WG, sodass du noch 3 Monate mit Lelaine (welche zur Zwischenmiete da ist) und Annabel wohnen würdest.

About the room:

In our great WG a room is free from 01 July and costs 315 euros per month with everything. The room is 12 square meters, as you can see on the photos - fully furnished. The furniture would have to be taken over against a fair down payment of 250 euros - negotiation basis. The furniture is in mint condition and the bed has not been used much. The room faces the courtyard so it is quiet throughout. The deposit is just under 2 months rent.

About the apartment:

The apartment is about 90 square meters. It has, as you can see from the pictures, a large, cozy living room where we like to eat and relax together. The great living room is next to the kitchen our highlight of the WG. Because the kitchen was completely renovated just 3 months ago, so we have a super new refrigerator and a dishwasher. In addition, the apartment still has a balcony, on which is often grilled. In the WG we have 2 bathrooms, so you can also switch to another bathroom in case of need.
The apartment is super quiet. It is 8 minutes from the city center (FSU campus), 15 minutes from the FH, 5 minutes from the Paradiespark, 1 minute from the Westbahnhof and 8 minutes from the Paradiespark by foot.

WG Life:

We are not a purpose WG. Annabel is 23 years old and studies economics and languages at FSU. Mariano, who is from Argentina, is 22 years old and studies Logistics in the Master at FSU. Both are totally open and promise themselves an interactive WG life. So it often happens that we sit together in the evening and drink a beer, eat something, play games and of course, hopefully without the lockdown, go partying together sometimes. We also like to invite friends and meet new people. Since Mariano is currently doing his internship in Hamburg, he will not return to the WG until October, so you would still live with Lelaine (who is there as an interim tenant) and Annabel for 3 months.
