Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit Fenster richtung Innenhof. Extra Stauraum/Kleiderschrank im Flur direkt neben dem Zimmer. Indeal für Pendler. Die Miete von 170€ Beinhaltet Nebenkosten, Internet und GEZ, da sich Internetvertrag und der Stromvertrag demnächst ändern kann es zu kleinen änderungen in der Miethöhe kommen.

Small but nice room wich is orientated to an inner courtyard. The room is well-designed with carpet floor and an additional wardrobe in the hallway next to the room in case it is neccesary. The rent is 170 €/month and it includes utilities, internet and GEZ. Because of possible changes in the internet and light contract, the rent will increase by a few euros.

Du läufst zur Haltestelle Nordschule ca. eine Minute oder du gehst einfach gleich die 10-15 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Lidl ist nicht mal 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, Rewe knapp 10, der unverpackt laden ist auch nur 5 min. entfernt. Ebenso, wie z.B. die Fitness Arena. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr ruhig.

Die WG liegt im ersten OG in einem Hinterhaus der Dornburger Straße. Der Eingang liegt im Erdgeschoss mit wohnungseigener Treppe direkt in den üppigen Flur. Eine schicke Küche, ein Bad mit Fenster und Waschmaschine und eine überragende 14m2 Dachterasse, halb überdacht, und zugang zum Garten erwarten Dich.

The apartment it is really close to the city center. You can walk to the Nordschule tram station for about a minute or you just can walk 10-15 minute to reach the city center. Because of its location, you can be in the Saale in 5 min or in the hill in 10 minutes. Lidl is at 5 min distance and Rewe just at 10 min. As well, there are small shops and gyms in the neighborhood.

The flat is on the first floor in a raer building on Dornburger Strasse. The entrance is on the ground floor with its own stairs which ends directly into the hallway. A chic kitchen, a nice bathroom with window and washing machine and a really nice 14m2 roof terrace (half covered) are waiting for you.

There is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere not just in the flat but also with the our neighbours.We are living currently two 28 women, Josie who will start her PhD in the next months and Patricia who is currently doing her PhD.
