Das Zimmer ist mit 12 Quadratmetern zwar nicht unbedingt das Größte, reicht aber ohne Probleme für ein großes Bett, Schränke und einem Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer liegt auf der hinteren Seite des Hauses, sodass man von dem Lärm der Straße trotz der zentralen Lage nichts mitbekommt.
Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum, sodass jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Teegut, Edeka), das Uni Hauptgebäude und die Mensa innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen sind. Zum ÖNVK braucht man ca. 10 min und auch der Paradies- und Westbahnhof sind innerhalb von 15 min zu erreichen. Außerdem ist Fritz Mitte direkt vor der Tür.
Da es sich um ein Studentenhaus handelt, sind die WG's in den drei Etagen unterteilt. Bisher wohnt in meinem Flur noch eine weitere Person, die ebenfalls auszieht. Die Küche befindet sich im Flur nebenan. In diesem wohnen Robert (Englisch, Geo), Martin (Biologie), Calvin (Biologie), Franz (Physik), Benni (Maschienenbau) und Moritz (PoWi, Philosophie). Wir stehen aber mit den anderen Etagen gut in Kontakt, sodass oft am Wochenende Spiele- und Filmabende oder ähnliches stattfindet. Gesellschaft findet man also immer. Natürlich hat trotzdem niemand ein Problem damit, wenn man Ruhe braucht und sich stattdessen in sein Zimmer zurückzieht.
