Lovely and spacious room in the heart of Jena. The „Westviertel“ is very popular with students from the FSU. The room is positioned to the backyard, which makes it very quite. The rent already includes energy, water and wifi.
I am more than willing to clean out my shelves so you‘ll have enough space for your own things.

Schönes großes Zimmer im Altbau-Flair im Westviertel von Jena. Es liegt nach hinten raus, weswegen es auch Tagsüber sehr leise ist. In der Miete ist bereits alles inbegriffen. Ich bin gerne bereit die Regale auszuräumen, damit du genug Platz für deine eigenen Sachen hast.

The Lutherstraße is located in the heart of Jena city. You are able to reach everything you need by foot in max 10 minutes including the campus, grocery stores and heaps of lovely cafes. Close to our home is a small river, which is surrounded by a small forest. So whenever you feel stressed you can just go there to relax a little.

Die Lutherstraße liegt sehr zentral im Westviertel, sodass man alles was das Herz begehrt sehr schnell zu Fuß erreicht!
Zur Uni sind es ca. 7 Gehminuten. Wenn man mal eine Pause von der Uni braucht, geht man einfach in die andere Richtung und erreicht sehr schnell die Leutra, welche von einem kleinen Wald umgeben ist.
Im Sommer lädt der nahegelegenen Paradiespark und die umlegenden Cafés ein.

The flat is currently inhabited by three students, who like to meet up from time to time at the spacious and cozy kitchen to eat together or play cards together. However everyone respects the privacy of one another and no one is forced to actively engage with the flatmates. I‘m convinced that you‘ll feel very comfortable!

In der WG werden neben dir noch drei weitere super nette Personen wohnen, die gerne ab und zu in der großen und gemütlichen Wohnküche zusammen sitzen, um zu kochen oder Karten zu spielen. Wir gehen alle sehr respektvoll miteinander um und respektieren die Privatsphäre der anderen. Falls du dich also mal aus dem WG-Leben zurückziehen möchtest, ist das auch absolut in Ordnung. Also perfekt um Uni, Arbeit und Privates zu vereinen!
