Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Bett, Regalen, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl.
Das Fenster geht zur Straßenseite raus, sodass es morgens bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas lauter sein kann. Geschlossen höre ich die Straße kaum.

Your new room will be furnished - it has a bed, cupboards, desk and a deskchair. The window spends a lot of light. Even though the room faces the street, it is pretty quite inside - only in the mornings if your window is open, it gets a little louder.
Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Die Wohnung ist einen Katzensprung vom Universitätshauptgebäude entfernt und auch nur 10min vom Campus.
Fast direkt vor der Haustür gibt es zwei Tram- & Busstationen - mit der 1, 4 & 2 kommst du schnell in die anderen Teile der Stadt und auch der Bahnhof Jena, Paradies ist nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Außerdem ist das Camsdorfer Ufer sehr nah, genauso wie der Paradies Park.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenso einige - ein Lidl ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Edeka, Tegut und Aldi sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.

The apartment lies in the City Center, quite next to the University Main Building. It will take you around 10min to get to the Campus. Close by, you can reach the tram line 1, 2 & 4. One of the main stations in Jena is only 10min away.
Grocery stores are quite close - you'll need 3min to go to Lidl; 5min to go to Edeka and around 10min to go to Aldi or Tegut/Goethe Galerie.
Furthermore, the Paradies Park as well as the Camsdorfer Shore are quite close.
Mit dir zusammen würden Anneli und Katharina, die beide Anfang 20 sind, in der Wohnung leben. Anneli schreibt gerade an ihrer Bachelorarbeit und Katharina ist mitten in ihrem Masterstudium.
Wir führen ein sehr harmonisches Zusammenleben. Wir nehmen viel Rücksicht aufeinander, gehen gerne mal was zusammen essen oder treffen uns einfach in der Küche für ein kleines Pläuschchen.

You would live with Anneli and Katharina. Both are students - Anneli is about to finish her bachelor studies and Katharina is in the middle of her Master studies.
We lead a very harmonious life together. We are very considerate of each other, like to go out for a meal together or just meet in the kitchen for a little chat.
Ich werde in den nächsten zwei Semester im Ausland studieren und daher mein Zimmer untervermieten. Ich plane, im Sommer zurückzukommen - gerne kannst du das Zimmer bis Ende September mieten, mindestens jedoch bis zum 30.Juni 2022.
In der genannten Miete (Wasser, Strom, Internet, etc.) ist alles enthalten. Außer möglichen Rundfunkgebühren, kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu.

I will study abroad for the next two semesters. Therefore I will sublease my furnished room. I plan on coming back in the summer - if you plan to stay until the end of September 2022 we can arrange that. The minimum time for renting will be until the end of June 2022.
Everything is included (rent, water, electricity, wifi, etc.) in the mentioned rent. Except for possible licence/broadcasting fee, there are no extra cost.
