Ab dem 1.12.2021 kann dieses ca. 17 m² großes Zimmer bezogen werden. Die Miete beträgt aktuell etwa 255 € plus 60€ Nebenkosten all Inklusiv (Gas, Strom, Internet). Das Zimmer ist schön hell und trotz der Größe gut heizbar im Winter.
Die Möbel im Zimmer möchte ich gern in der Wohnung lassen.
Folgendes würde ich in der Wohnung gegen eine Ablöse von 300 Euros lassen:
-das Bett mit Matratze
-das Ecksofa
-der Couchtisch
-der Nachttisch
-der Spiegel
-die Kommode
-Waschmaschine (wird mit den 2 anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt)
Die WG hat einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem man im Sommer schön grillen kann. Wer Lust hat, kann auch Gemüse oder Früchte anbauen. Fahrräder können im Hausflur abgestellt werden. Außerdem hat jeder von uns einen eigenen Mietvertrag, sodass keine*r Hauptmieter*in ist.

This 17 m² room is free from 1.12.2021. The rent is currently around 255 € plus 60 € additional costs (gas, electricity, internet). The room is nice and bright and, despite its size, can be heated well in winter.
I would like to leave the furniture in the room in the flat.
I would like to leave following furniture’s in the flat for 300 euros:
-a bed with mattress
-a sofa
-a coffee table
-a bedside table
-a mirror
-a chest of drawers
-shared washing machine with roommates
The shared flat also has a beautiful garden where you can have a barbecue in summer. If you feel like it, you can also grow vegetables or fruit. You can park your bike in the entrance hall. In addition, each of us has our own tenancy agreement, so no one is the main tenant.
Das Haus liegt in Jena West, in der Lutherstraße. Von hier aus bist du in fünf Gehminuten am Campus oder in der Goethe-Galerie. Das Zentrum ist also nicht weit. Die Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule erreichst du in knapp 15 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Innerhalb von weniger als fünf Minuten erreichst du außerdem die Bushaltestellen Riedstraße und Jena Volkshaus
Auch den Jena West und Paradiesbahnhof erreichst du in ca. 10 Gehminuten zu Fuß.

The house is located in Jena West, on Lutherstraße. From here, it's a five-minute walk to the campus or the Goethe-Galerie. The city center is not far away. The Ernst Abbe University is just 15 minutes away by bus.
You can also reach the bus stops Riedstraße and Jena Volkshaus in less than five minutes.
Jena West and Paradiesbahnhof are also about a 10-minute walk away.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner heißen Jonas und Lars. Jonas studiert Jura an der FSU. In seiner Freizeit macht er Sport, verfolgt Fußball und kocht gerne. Jonas hat immer was Neues und Lustiges zu erzählen und war bis jetzt sicherlich der Mitbewohner mit dem meisten Humor. Lars studiert Medizin und ist erst gerade in unserer WG eingezogen. Er treibt gern Sport und ist ein kontakt- und lebensfreudiger Mensch.

Your new flatmates are Jonas and Lars. Jonas is studying law at the FSU. In his free time, he does sports, watches soccer games, and likes to cook. Jonas always has something new and funny to tell and has certainly been the flatmate with the most humor so far. Lars is studying medicine and has just moved into our shared flat. He likes to do sports and is an outgoing person.
