Suchst du für ein Praktikum oder das Ankommen in Jena nach einem WG-Zimmer für begrenzte Zeit in das man mit wenig Gepäck und Aufwand einziehen kann? Mein Freund Matthias und ich nutzen seit seinem Jobwechsel in eine andere Stadt unser Homeoffice/Gästezimmer kaum noch und bieten es daher jetzt als WG-Zimmer an. Das Zimmer ist großzügig und mit einer Schlafcouch inkl. Bettezug, einem Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl, Kommode und einigen anderen Dingen möbliert. Die Wohnung selbst ist voll ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es einen Geschirrspüler, diverse Koch- und Backutensilien und Geschirr zur Mitnutzung. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Ein Einzug mit persönlichen Gegenständen wie Kleidung ist also sehr gut möglich.

Are you searching for a room during your internship or for starting a new job? My boyfriend Matthias and me offer a spacious furnished room in our apartment including a bed couch, desk, chair and sideboard as wardrobe and some more things. Pillows, blanket, linen etc. are there as well. It was our former home office and guest room, that we currently don't use anymore. So it is ideal for getting started in Jena or short term stay during an internship.
The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine etc so that one could move in with personal belongings only.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Westbahnhofs mit Anbindung nach Erfurt und Gera. Ins Stadtzentrum bzw. dem Hauptcampus der Uni kann man in etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß laufen, oder man rollt den Berg mit dem Rad runter, das geht noch schneller. In ebenfalls 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Paradies (Treffpunkt im Sommer) oder bei der Ernst Abbe Hochschule. Auch mehrere Supermärkte kann man ähnlich schnell erreichen.

The appartement is located close to Westbahnhof with direct train connections to Weimar-Erfurt and Gera. To the city center with the main university campus, the train station Paradies it is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. If you take the bike it is much faster (downhill) but maybe not uphill ;-) . The Paradies park (the place to meet during spring and summer time), the Ernst Abbe Hochschule and several supermarkets can be reached as well in 10 mins walking time.
Matthias und ich wohnen hier bereits seit einigen Jahren in der Wohnung. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite in einem Forschungsinstitut am Beutenberg. Während meines Studiums und der Promotion habe ich die meiste Zeit in WGs gewohnt und freue mich über Gesellschaft zu Hause und andere Menschen und Kulturen kennenzulernen. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne viel Sport (Radfahren, Laufen, Schwimmen) und koche und esse auch gerne. Matthias arbeitet aufgrund seines Job-Wechsels Mo-Do in einer anderen Stadt und verbringt das Wochenende hier.

Matthias and me are living here since a couple of years. However he started a new job in another city half a year ago and is working there Monday-Thursday. I enjoyed living in shared flat during my study time for many years. I am 34 years old and working full time in a research institute at Beutenberg Campus. In my free time I do a lot of sports (triathlon) and enjoy cooking and eating!
Die Mindestmietdauer sind 1 Monat, eine längere Zeit ist aber nach individueller Absprache auch möglich. Die Mietehöhe ist Pauschalmiete und enthält alle Kosten wie Internetzugang, Strom, Wasser, GEZ etc.
