Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, hat eine geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Spülmaschine, einen großen Balkon und ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Im Keller steht eine eigene Waschmaschine.
Zu vermieten ist eines der drei Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 19qm groß, sehr hell und möbliert. Der Balkon ist direkt aus dem Zimmer erreichbar (ebenso aus einem weiteren Zimmer, also kein Durchgangszimmer zum Balkon). Es befindet sich ein 1.20m Bett darin sowie ein Sessel, ein Sofa, Fernseher, Sideboard und (abweichend von den Fotos) ein Kleiderschrank. Wenn ein Schreibtisch gebraucht wird, lässt sich auch das arrangieren.
Die Miete beträgt 330€/Monat inkl. Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Müll, Internet. Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete von etwa zwei Monaten, vom 06. Mai bis 15. Juli (evtl. sind ein paar Tage länger möglich).
Die Wohnung liegt in Jena-Nord, zwischen Lidl und Rewe. Das heißt: Beste Lage für Lebensmitteleinkäufe und auch im Stadtzentrum ist man zügig (15 Minuten Fußweg). Wir wohnen an einer größeren Straße. Das Zimmer ist aber hinten raus, sodass man dort wenig davon hört. Auch die Wege in die Natur (Saale, Wald) sind kurz.
Während der zwei Monate teilst du dir die Wohnung mit Maria (29), während ich auf Reisen bin. Maria ist vergangenen Herbst aus Brasilien nach Jena gezogen und hat einen Biologie-Master angefangen. Ich hab sie seither als kommunikative, rücksichtsvolle und hilfsbereite Mitbewohnerin erlebt.

The 3-room apartment is located at the top floor, has a roomy and well-equipped kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a large balcony and a daylight bathroom with bathtub. There is a washing machine in the basement.
For rent is one of the three rooms. The room is 19sqm, very bright and fully furnished. The rent is 330€/month including water, heating, electricity, garbage, internet. It is an interim rent of about two months, from May 6 to July 15.
During the two months you share the apartment with Maria (29) while I am traveling. Maria moved to Jena from Brazil last fall and has started a biology master. I appreciate her as a communicative, respectful and cooperative flatmate.
