Ich biete hier ein wunderbar stadtnahes WG-Zimmer an.
Das Zimmer geht zur Ostseite raus, wo eine wenig befahrene Sackgasse und die Gleise des nahegelegenen Saalbahnhof verlaufen.
Zu der WG noch: Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht: vier Herdplatten, ein Ofen und wir haben den Luxus eine Spülmaschine im Haus zu haben. Die Küche ist wirklich groß und Mittelpunkt des WG-Lebens. Ob Kochen, Spieleabend, Vorglühen oder Bierpong, hier ist fast alles möglich.
Wir haben auch einen Garten!. Gartenmöbel und Grill haben wir auch also Sommer Frühling und Herbst wird gegrillt sobald es über 15 grad ist.
Der Keller ist auch nicht ganz uninteressant, dort kann man natürlich alles mögliche abstellen, was grade nicht gebraucht wird, aber wir haben dort auch eine kleine Holzwerkstatt mit ein bisschen Werkzeugen und Restholz was manchmal auch für den Grill benutzt wird. Im Bad haben wir nun auch einen Trockner.
Also wenn du in DIY interessiert bist bist du hier auf jeden fall richtig, im letzten Jahr haben wir mehrere Möbel für die WG gebaut mal sehr Erfolgreich und mal weniger :). Die Miete umfasst auch Internet, Strom und Rundfunkbeitrag.

The room is big and the sunlight makes it very bright. Inside you will find the bed, a piano, a nice chill corner under the bed, and some more little furniture. I will take the big wardrobes with me tho. The room has very tall walls so there is enough room on the bed and it feels very nice and big. The living rent includes internet and all other small costs. The kitchen is nice and big too and we have nearly every possible gadget for cooking and experimenting. We have a garden with chairs and a table and in the basement, there is a little workshop for wood tuning (and lots of space). My flatmate will come back for the next fall semester in September.
Die WG ist top gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15min (für Leute mit langen Beinen nur 10min) laufen am Holzmarkt/Ernst-Abbe Platz und in 8min an der Bibliothek. Die Spittelplatz Bus und Bahnstation ist ca. 3 min Laufweg entfernt dort fahren die Bahnen nach Zwätzen und Lobeda-West und die der 15er Bus zum Westbahnhof und Richtung Rautal. Was einkaufen angeht auch klar, das neue Wiesencenter mit dem riesigen neuen Edeka ist ca. 5 min Laufweg entfernt genau so wie ein nicht ganz so neuer und riesiger Lidl in der anderen Richtung. Auch ans Saaleufer kommt man schnell, was besonders im Sommer schön ist.

The WG is very close to the citys center (15min by foot) with many opportunities to go by bus or tram. The library is close too and in the summer you can go to the Saale to go swimming or enjoying some sun next to the river and have a barbecue. Shopping and Gold's Gym are close too (Edeka and Lidl).
Du wirst in der WG mit Marla und Nele zusammen wohnen. Marla studiert Sprechwissenschaften und Englisch, geht gerne raus in die Natur, liest sehr gerne und schreibt auch viel selbst.
Nele studiert Informatik, kocht eigentlich fast jeden Abend und ist in ihrer Freizeit viel im Gym anzutreffen.
Außerdem sind die zwei Marvel Fans und schauen eigentlich jeden neuen Film direkt im Kino an.
Feiern gehen wir ab und zu auch mal gerne und binden uns untereinander auch gerne mit ein, sofern man Zeit hat und möchte.
Beide sind offene Menschen mit denen man über alles reden kann, daher ist die Atmosphäre in der WG auch echt entspannt.
Einen Putzplan hatten wir derweil nicht, dennoch klappt das bei uns Recht gut. Man macht einfach seinen eigenen Dreck und Geschirr etc. weg und wenn einem etwas auffällt, dann wird das eben schnell weggemacht.
