Meine Mitbewohnerinnen und ich ziehen aus unserer Wohnung. Falls du also mit mehren Leuten umziehen möchtest, melde dich gerne.
Mit zwei Fenstern ist das Zimmer sehr hell. An den Fenstern sind Fensterrollos angebracht.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Garten und ein Kellerabteil. Einen Fahrradständer gibt es ebenfalls.
Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt optimal am Saalbahnhof. An die vorbeifahrenden Züge gewöhnt man sich schnell.
Die Lage der WG ist optimal und sehr zentral.
Fußläufig sind Edeka, Lidl, Rewe und ein Biomarkt schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem befindet sich bei dem Edeka ein Fitnessstudio, Rossmann und ein Decathlon. In knapp 10 Minuten ist man gemütlich in der Innenstadt.
Da wir alle ausziehen kannst du das WG leben frei gestalten. Im ganzen Haus befinden sich ausschließlich WGs. Partys sind also kein Problem.
Die Nachbarn sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Die Miete beträgt 380€. Strom und Internet ist dabei enthalten.
Das Zimmer wird am 15.12 frei.
