Ab Januar: Sonniges 14qm Zimmer in 5er WG (für 2 Monate zur Untermiete und mit Option für langfristig)

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Paradiespark und hat somit eine tolle Lage. Bis zum Park läuft man 5 min und bis zum Schleichersee keine 3 min. Auch in die umliegenden Berge kommt man zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus in ca. 30 min. Man kann also direkt von der Haustür aus loswandern. :)
Ansonsten erreicht man von uns auch schnell die Stadt, zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 min, mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 min. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustür und man ist in 5 min in der Stadt. Die Bahn fährt tagsüber im 10 min Takt und nachts im 30 min Takt. Uni und FH sind beide etwa 10-15 min entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Stadt oder zwei Haltestellen entfernt (5 min).

The apartment is located directly at the Paradiespark and therefore is located in a great area. It takes 5min to walk to the park and less than 3 min to the Schleichersee. You can also do a little hike to the surrounding mountains in about 30 min. So you can start hiking directly from the front door. :) You can also quickly reach the city from the apartment, by foot in about 10-15 min, by bike in about 5 min. The tram stop is almost in front of the door and you are in the city within 5 min. The tram runs every 10 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night. University and FH are both about 10 -15 min away.
Shopping facilities are in the city or two stops away (5 min).

Wir suchen eine*n nette*n, unkomplizierte*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die offen für ein entspanntes WG-Leben ist! Da Angie uns nach ihrem Abschluss nun leider verlässt, suchen wir eine*n Nachmieter*in, der*die Lust hat, Teil unseres WG-Lebens zu werden. Wir sind alle Studierende und diese Alliterationen passen zu uns:
Marcell (30): munter, märchenhaft und mies-gestresst
Toni (25): turbo-toll, trotzig und trash-tv-liebend
Leopold (22): lausbübisch-lächelnd, lungernd und linke Maus
Clarissa (28): chillig-charmanter Chaoskopf und cis-hetero-männer-skeptisch
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen. Sei es zusammen essen, Karten spielen, über Politisches diskutieren, im Paradiespark gemeinsam mit Freund*innen den Abend ausklingen lassen, abends ein Weinchen, Limo oder Tee zusammen trinken oder ab und zu mal eine Hausparty organisieren. Bei uns ist Platz für entspannte Abende oder Ausflüge, aber auch für Abende alleine im Zimmer, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. :)

Wir sind alle linke Mäuse und bei uns ist kein Platz für Diskriminierung jeglicher Art!

We are looking for a nice, uncomplicated flatmate who is open for a relaxed flat-sharing life! Since Angie is leaving us after her graduation, we are looking for a new roomie who wants to be part of our flat-sharing life. We are all students and these alliterations fit us:

We are definitely not a functional flat-sharing community and enjoy spending time together. Whether it's eating together, playing cards, discussing politics, spending the evening together with friends in Paradiespark, drinking wine, soda or tea together in the evening or organizing a house party every now and then. With us there is room for relaxed evenings or trips, but also for evenings alone in the room, when you need your peace and quiet. :)

We are all leftist mice and with us there is no place for discrimination of any kind!
