Das Zimmer ist 17 m² groß und Teil einer gemütlichen 3er-WG.
Die Küche ist relativ groß und bietet ausreichend Platz, um mit mehreren Leuten gleichzeitig oder auch zusammen zu kochen. Das Bad ist standardmäßig mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Badewanne ausgestattet.
Das Highlight der Wohnung: Vom Balkon hast du einen weiten Ausblick über die Jenaer Kernberge. Hier können die Frühaufsteher unter uns der Sonne beim Aufgehen zusehen und die, die ihres Schlafes nicht entbehren wollen, im Sommer bis um circa 3 Uhr in der Sonne sitzen. Auf dem Balkon haben wir schon einige schöne Sommer mit zirpenden Grillen und quakenden Fröschen verbracht.
Die Mietvertragsschließung kann immer zum 15. oder 1. eines Monats erfolgen.

The offered room is 17 m² in size and part of a cozy apartment which you will share with two other flatmates.
The kitchen is quite big and offers enough space to cook with several people at the same time. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a bath tub.
And the highlight of the apartment: From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the city, the Jenzig and the Jenaer Kernberge. Here you can enjoy the sunrise while having a tee or a coffee.
Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral. Die nächste Tramstation Mühlenstraße ist etwa drei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Von hier fährst Du zwei Stationen bis ins Stadtzentrum. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit findest Du entweder im Stadtzentrum oder, ebenfalls zwei Stationen mit der Straßenbahn entfernt, in Jena-Winzerla (Rewe, Lidl). Ansonsten sind alle Ziele sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad etwa 7 Minuten.

The apartment is quite near to the city centre. You can arrive the next tram station within a two minute walk. From here you drive two stops until you arrive at the city centre. There you will also find the next Supermarket. Otherwise you can drive two stops with the tram to Jena-Winzerla where you will find Rewe and Lidl. All destinations are also easy to reach by bike.
wir sind Janosch (27) und Max (26) und studieren Gesellschaftstheorie und Philosophie an der FSU. Janosch ist in den Vorbereitungen für seine Masterarbeit und ich habe meine gerade fertiggestellt (Juhu!). Wir planen beide noch ne Weile in Jena zu bleiben und freuen uns auf Zuwachs in der WG!
Janosch und ich sind befreundet und teilen weitesgehend einen Freundeskreis. Wir laden gerne Freunde zum chillen ein und ziehen am Wochenende auch mal zusammen los. Der Umgang hier ist herzlich und rücksichstvoll. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir uns aufeinander verlassen können, Spaß zusammen haben und uns den Platz lassen, den wir zum Leben brauchen.
