Ich vermiete mein ca. 18m2 großes Zimmer unter.
Die Möbel lasse ich alle da. Das Fenster zeigt in Richtung Lutherstraße, aber es ist trotzdem nicht zu laut.
Die Lage ist gerade als student sehr praktisch, da man nur 5min zu Fuß zur Uni und keine 10min ins Zentrum der Stadt braucht.
Auch der Bahnhof Jena West sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 5 min bis zur Goethe Galerie und zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle. Ansonsten ist auch gleich eine Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Haustür.
Du würdest mit Maja (studiert Lehramt Sport/Chemie), Olivia (studiert Zahnmedizin) und Johannes (studiert Psychologie) zusammenwohnen.
Zum quatschen trifft man sich ab und zu in der Küche.
Es ist aber auch total in Ordnung, wenn man Zeit für sich selbst braucht. Ein respektvoller Umgang ist uns sehr wichtig.
