Ich biete das Zimmer lediglich zur Untermiete vom ca. 25.08.2024 bis zum 10.10.2024 an.
Das Zimmer ist 17 m² groß und befindet sich in der ersten Etage.
In der Wohnung sind insgesamt 4 Separat vermietete Zimmer (eins davon dann Dir). Geteilt wird sich obendrauf noch ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche sowie separate 2 Toiletten und ein Bad.
Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen privaten Balkon. Zusätzlich befindet sich an den gegenüberliegenden Zimmern ein Garten, welcher von der WG gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Z.B. wird hier im Sommer oft gegrillt.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Lutherstraße 161 in Jena (Thüringen) und besteht hauptsächlich aus Studenten. Im Keller ist ein Fahrradkeller (Ich würde mein Fahrrad auch zum Benutzten dalassen). Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in ca. 3 min in der Stadt und eine Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür. In unmittelbarer nähe befindet sich ein Norma, der die Grundbedürfnisse deckt. Ich gehe aber meistens in der Stadt einkaufen. Zu Fuß ist man auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Jenaer Forst.
Die WG besteht aus Georg, er bildet das Urgestein der WG. Manch einer munkelt er sei schon seit Beginn der Zeitrechnung hier. Er studiert Medizin und interessiert sich generell für Sport vor allem Ski-Alpin und Fußball. Ernst ist auch Medizinstudent und treibt in seiner Freizeit Sport allerlei. Torben ist nun auch erst seit ein paar Wochen da und versucht stetig das maximum aus sich herauszuholen. Er studiert den noch neuen Studiengang Physiotherapie.
In der WG lebt es sich sehr angenehm, meistens trifft man sich in der Küche beim Essen machen, von dort an kann dann alles passieren. Oft schauen wir Sport zusammen oder lustige Videos und auch sehr gern Filme. Wichtig ist, dass alles auf Freiwilligkeit basiert und wenn du Zeit für dich brauchst, wird es selbstverständlich von allen Respektiert.
Eine Feier WG sind nicht, aber meistens kommen am Wochenende mal Freunde für einen entspannten Abend im Garten vorbei. Wo alle auch immer gern eingeladen sind.
Ich würde alle mein Möbel (Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Bett, Schrank und einen kleinen Sessel) im Zimmer lassen.

Besichtigungen sind natürlich vor Ort möglich, aber online kennenlernen wäre auch kein Problem.

I want to rent out my room for a set period. To be precise from approximately the 25.08.2024 to the 10.10.2024.
The room is 17 m² and is located on the second floor. It is a shared flat with 4 rentable rooms in total. These 4 rooms surround a shared kitchen which simultaneously works as a living room. The flat contains two separate toilets and one bathroom.
The room has a little private balcony. Additionally, the two rooms on the other side connect to a garden which we use all together. In the summertime we grill there for example.
The house is in the Lutherstraße 161 in Jena (Thüringen) and hosts mostly students. In the cellar is a bike room where you can safely store your bike. I won’t be using my bike for the period so feel free to use it. With it you will need around 5 minutes into the centre of Jena. There is a bus stop 20 meters down the road as well. Just a few minutes down the road you’ll find a Norma where you can buy all the essentials. But I usually go to the city centre. By foot you need around 20 minutes to get into the Jena Forest.
The shared apartment consists of Georg, he is the dinosaur of the apartment. Some say he lives here since the beginning of time. He studies medicine and is very interested in Sports especially Ski-Alpin and football (soccer). Ernst studies medicine as well and does all kinds of sports in his free time. Torben is at this point our newest member and constantly tries to improve and be a better version of himself. He studies Physiotherapy.
The life in our shared apartment is pleasant, usually we meet up in the living room as we cook. From here on everything can happen. Often, we watch sports or movies together. But we do value our privacy so if you need some, you can just say so and you won’t be bothered.
While we are not exactly a shared apartment to host a huge party every weekend, friends sometimes come by to hang out and have a BBQ. Everyone in the apartment is always invited to join.
While im gone your welcome to use my furniture, there is a desk, chair, bed and wardrobe as well as a nice and cosy armchair. Some of my stuff will be stored underneath the bed but it shouldn’t even be visible.
