Das Zimmer liegt in der 7. Etage in einer 3er WG und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf Jena. Es ist möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Regal, einem Schrank und einem Bett. Zur Zeit befindet sich in dem Zimmer noch eine Schlafcouch (recht neu), welche einen besseren Comfort bietet und mit übernommen werden kann.
Das Zimmer kostet komplett 197 Euro im Monat mit Nebenkosten. Dazu kommen noch 10 Euro fürs Internet, welches sehr schnell ist.
Wohnanlage direkt auf dem FH-Campus.
Wenige Minuten zum Bus, welcher mindestens alle viertel Stunde in die Stadt fährt (ca.7 Minuten Fahrzeit) und somit auch zur Uni Jena.
Bahnhof Jena West mit Bus in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Gesucht wird ein neuer/ eine neue Student/-in. Du musst an einer Hochschule bzw. Universität eingeschreiben sein, um in diesem Wohnheim leben zu dürfen.
Du hast zwei weibliche Mitbewohnerinnen, die sehr nett sind. =)
