Dein Zimmer wird frei, weil dein Vormieter umzieht. Der Boden ist PVC in Laminat-Optik, die Wände wurden im vergangenen Oktober frisch in weiß gestrichen. 2 Fenster machen es hell. Die Fenster sind sogar schallschutzverglast, was eigentlich nicht notwendig ist, weil es auf der Straße abends und nachts sehr ruhig ist.
An die Küche auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung schließt sich ein überdachter Balkon an, von dem man über die Leutra hinweg auf den Friedensberg schaut.
Supergeile Lage! Ruhig und absolut zentrumsnah.
Stadtzentrum: weniger als 5 Minuten
Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Bar, Apotheke, Arzt... quasi alles erreichbar in 2 Minuten.
Deine Mitbewohner sind 19 und 20 Jahre alt und studieren im 3. und 1. Semester an der FSU und der FH. Jeder bekommt seine Ruhe, wenn er sie möchte. Aber eine Zweck-WG sind wir definitiv nicht! Das "WG-Leben" spielt sich vor allem in der Küche und auf dem Balkon ab, vielleicht mal im Garten beim Braten oder sonst wo in der Stadt.
