Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m2 groß und sehr hell. Es hat einen tollen Dielenboden und die Wände wurden erst vor einem halben Jahr weiß gestrichen. Die Möbel nehme ich alle mit, sodass du dich frei entfalten kannst :-) Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle ect.) und ein Bad mit Dusche und extra Badewanne.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ende der Lutherstraße. Die Bushaltestelle "Huttenstraße" (Linie 14) ist direkt vor der Haustür. Man ist schnell in der Natur und hat ein Norma, eine Tankstelle und Telepizza in der Nähe. Zu Fuß braucht man ungefähr 15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt, mit dem Bus nur 4.
Du würdest mit Evi (24) zusammenwohnen. Evi ist sehr nett und umkompliziert und arbeitet in einer Grundschule in der Nähe von Jena. Der Umgang ist super entspannt und es ist kein Problem wenn du mal Zeit für dich brauchst und dich in deinem Zimmer verkriechen möchtest!
Es gibt einen Hinterhof, wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst und auch eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
