Das Zimmer misst circa 10 m² - es gibt ein großes Fenster, sodass es zum Nachmittag schön lichtdurchflutet daherkommt. Der Boden ist ein helles Laminat, die Wände strahlen weiß. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein, zusätzlich ist zum begrünten Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass es immer schön ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung in Gänze hat 110 m², darin enthalten sind: Flur mit kleiner Abstellnische, Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine, WC, gemütliche Küche mit Balkon.
Ein flinkes WLAN gibt’s natürlich auch.
Die Wohnung liegt im Jenaer Westen. Alles was es zum Leben braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden: Uni, Kneipe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Natur, Park, Bahnhof. Zum Paradiesbahnhof sind es 15min zu Fuß, zum Westbahnhof 10 min. Bezüglich Bus- und Straßenbahn-Anbindungen kenne ich mich als Radfahrerin nicht so gut aus – aber es ist alles vorhanden.
Die WG beherbergt mit Dir zusammen vier Leute. Aaron und Susanne tüfteln beide an ihren Doktorarbeiten und arbeiten teilweise nebenher. Ole ist freischaffend im Jenaer Kulturbetrieb tätig. Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch. Je nach Tageszeit, Lust und Laune wird gemeinsam gegessen und getrunken oder v.a. im Sommer viel Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht.
Geputzt wird auch :) - turnusmäßig, sodass man einmal Aufwand hat und danach zwei Wochen frei hat.
