hi ,
ich bin jan, wohne seit 2 jahren in einer wg in jena winzerla. meine beiden mitbewohner ziehen leider bald aus und ich suche nach nachmietern. wir haben trotz neubau eine recht schöne und gemütliche wg. es ist alles vorhanden was man sich denken kann. die preise sind auch absolut moderat.
wir waren immer eine gemischte wg, da wir immer der meinung waren, dass man sich in einer reinen männer-wg nicht wirklich wohlfühlt, d.h. wir achteten immer sehr auf ordnung und sauberkeit. das soll keine party-wg sein (auch wenn mal eine ist).
wenn du kein problem damit hast mit mind 1 kerl zusammen zu wohnen dann melde dich doch einfach mal.
