Wenn du in Jena Student, Azubi oder was auch immer bist und noch keine Bleibe gefunden hast, dann ist das vieleicht genau das richtige für dich ;)
Das Zimmer liegt in einer leicht Chaotischen WG in der 5. Etage (an die Treppe gewöhnt man sich). Zur Straba oder zum Bus sind es nur 5-6 Minuten (Haltestelle Damaschkeweg, Linien: 2,3,10,13,34, Linie 12 hält auch gleich um die Ecke)
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut. (Netto 2min; Norma+Rewe 5min; Aldi+Lidl <10min; Einkaufscenter Burgaupark ca 20min)
Hier erwarten dich 2 nette, wenn auch etwas chaotische Mitbewohner.
Wenn du also lust auf eine coole WG hast und dich an etwas Chaos und Unordnung nicht störst und vieleicht noch ein bissl alternativ drauf bist, dann bist du genau richtig.
Leider gehört die Wohnung einer Genossenschaft und es liegen auf dem Zimmer Anteile in Höhe von 872€ , welche ihr dann von mir übernehmen müsst (das Geld bekommt ihr aber auf jeden Fall wieder wenn ihr mal auszieht oder die WG mal aufgelöst wird)
Meldet euch bitte nur wenn ihr das Geld auch bis zum Einzug auftreiben könnt, weil ich bin dann auch drauf angewiesen dass da alles klappt und ich nich ewig drauf warten muss.
