Da mein Mitbewohner im November auszieht, suche ich eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere gemütliche 2er WG. Du kannst dir aussuchen, ob du das größere Zimmer mit 16 qm oder das kleiner mit 8qm nimmst. Solltest du dich für das kleinere entscheiden, steht dir auch der Flur und die Wohnstube als Stau- und Arbeitsraum zur Verfügung. Das besondere an unsere Wohnung ist die günstige Lage. In 3-5 min ist man am Damschkeweg, von welchem aus man schnell an der FH oder an der Uni ist. Aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, LIDL, ALDI oder NETTO befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Sparkasse ist direkt vor der Tür. Falls du Interesse hast melde dich einfach! :)
